As a buyer, you want a Home Inspector that goes beyond pre-printed forms and checklists. It was clear to me in the first 5 minutes that Tony V appreciates and understands the nuances that exist beyond what's written on a home inspection checklist. Almost as important as a thorough inspection, you want a Home Inspector that will take you on a 'tour' of your new home. With his trained eyes, Tony didn't just explain the current state of the home/appliances/HVAC/etc, but also explained the things that I should keep in mind and stay on top of as the new owner.
